BioHi there, I'm Celeste
I've made this icon journal as a place for my icons to gather and be organised neatly into the memories.
If you want to take my icons (which you are quite welcome to!), I have a few simple rules.

This is ILLEGAL and it sucks up what little bandwidth I get from photo bucket I'm just a poor student you know!
4)FRIEND ME
Unless you comment in the first post and friend me you will not be able to see my icons. I reserve the right not to friend you back
5)Don't steal my icons and claim them as your own
That's just lame.
Also...
I do take requests but I do not animate icons as I lack an animating program. I may not be able to complete all requests due to the fact that I am an A-Level student with a life.
